Choosing the right location is one of the most important decisions of a company and the most important criteria in the selection of the franchisee.

Location requirements

Location:
Heavily frequented locations in city centre’s such as shopping streets, shopping malls (shop in shop, food courts), office centre’s and walking streets.

Area:
Minimum size from 15 to 70 sqm, located at ground level if possible, large windows - Location visible from the outside.
Cold storage facilities (-22 degrees) depending on the side for about 4 to 12 euro pallets is essential.

Technical equipping:
Water connection
Warm water preparation
Current 400 volt, 12 kilowatt hours

In the concept the pre-cooked food will be thawed and baked in a hot air oven. No special exhaust or ventilation is needed.

  • Italian Snack bar with an area of 15 to 20 sqm
  • Investment costs and entry fee on request.


IDDU’S FAST.FINE.ITALIAN

  • Italian Snack bar with an area of 25 to max. 70 sqm
  • Investment costs and entry fee on request.

The IDDU'S Snack bar is shaped of high-quality, elegant decor with natural materials. Mixture of the typical Italian tradition with the modern touch of the 21st Century as Venetian chandeliers to modern black and white decor is all there.

Warm lighting invites guests to stay. The glass-fronted display of our Italian specialties is the attraction to invite guests to enter the place.

Standardized architecture is implemented throughout all locations.

Our architect takes care of planning and adjusts to the local needs if necessary. After planning it will be offered to the franchise and installed by us.
